Great and Quiet place, Internet was very fast and stable (10mb/s dl). Room was clean and spacious, warm water exists. Dishes need some cleaning, but a sponge and soap is available. Overall, great experience.

The stay was very convenient. It's in a very central location in the city center, not super close to the beaches, but a great value place nonetheless. I liked how tidy the room was and how easy it is to self-check-in after a short trip from the airport by following the clear instructions they provide. It was also amazing to have an AC unit in the apartment. Wi-Fi was also great and everything in the studio was functional. Communication with the hosts and managers was very easy and nice as they were always available for questions and help, especially Chris. There wasn't much that I didn't like about it. Keep in mind that checkout is 11 a.m. And it's important to keep or buy a repellant for ants and mosquitoes that might make their way indoors. And don't expect any included breakfasts or additional fancy five-star-hotel-like services other than the basics. But other than that, it was a great and super convenient stay, made my trip very comfortable!

Very big and nice rooms, well equipped. Exactly like in the pictures. Very private and quite. It's significantly cheaper to pay straight to the owner in cash instead of booking with an application.

This was a great short term stay with good ac and located in a quiet neighborhood. It was also close to the main street so easy access to cafes and restaurants was possible. The building had a parking lot next to it and street parking was available. There were complimentary drinks in the fridge and towels were provided. The apartment also came with a stove top, dishes and an iron. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cream and insect repellent available. Water pressure was good in the shower. The space was well lit with natural light and it was easy getting in and out of the apartment. The room I was staying in faced another apartment building but there were shades for privacy. The bed was comfortable and there was a table and chairs to sit at within the apartment. Communication with the host was very easy and quick, they were not on site but replied quickly through text. They also offered to call a taxi if I needed one. The rooms are located up stairs and there is a common area on the ground floor with a hammock and some seating. There is no elevator but a free water dispenser is also provided next to the stairs.

Nice, comfy, clean, spacious place to stay in Cancun. Many beauty salons, supermarket (Chedraoui) and ADO bus station are in walking distance.

An excellent stay! Only have good words to comment: logistically perfect location, 5 min to hotel zone, 10 min to the ferry to Isla Mujeres. The studio apartment was excellent and had everything and even more, a comfy bed: a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with really nice smelling toilietries, there was even tea and coffee. Oh and a speedy Internet. It felt more like a hotel. A big thank you as we were very well taken care of. See you next time in Cancun!

Room was clean spacious and modern. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Hot water was plentiful and the shower had excellent pressure. Excellent location for downtown Cancun with bars and restaurants within walking distance. Perfect for a long weekend stay.

Stayed here for three weeks. It was clean and we felt very safe. Such a great location- residential, so it’s nice and quiet, but still close to the ADO station, the mall, grocery stores, and great restaurants. Would definitely recommend getting one of the rooms with a balcony if you plan to stay for a week or longer!!
